360º Outdoor Space

This project literally circumferences an entire home. Our customers were looking to replace and expand upon their existing concrete/gravel driveway. From there they wanted their existing walkway to their main door removed and replaced and a walkway opposite that connecting to the driveway to be installed and lead to a concrete patio leading off the rear of their home. There was quite a bit to accomplish in this project but as with all of our projects we worked from the base up. The first order of business was to excavate and remove existing concrete, stumps and landscape. Because our plan called for concrete to be installed on 3 of the 4 sides of this home it drainage was installed all around the house and extending down the drive way. A sufficient base was installed in areas designated for concrete and down the length of the driveway for the blacktop portion. An existing shed was relocated so access could be granted from the new driveway extension. The rear patio was installed level with the base of the house and was contained with a concrete wall as the grade of the land sloped significantly on that side of the property. Once the concrete work was compete a landscape near the main entrance and blacktop was installed. As this is a project we are currently working on we still need to finish grading and install a lawn.
